A notice to people using the new HafSQL node `hafsql-sql.mahdiyari.info`:
There is a minor breaking change incoming. The following functions don't exist anymore:
```
hive.operation_id_to_block_num()
hive.operation_id_to_type_id()
```
They are moved under a different schema `hafd`:
```
hafd.operation_id_to_block_num()
hafd.operation_id_to_type_id()
```
To not break any existing apps I did setup a secondary node for you to transition your apps:
`hafsql-sql2.mahdiyari.info`
This applies only to the apps using the above functions. Since the change is minor I'll give 7 days for you to transition. After 7 days the `hafsql-sql` subdomain will switch to the new code with the mentioned breaking changes.
