Core development report #7

Hi,
We are nearing the release of the new hard fork (tentatively targeting sept 8) (read more here: https://peakd.com/hive-139531/@blocktrades/weekly-update-on-hive-hf24). the work I'm doing is mostly about testing and adding the finishing touches.
We recently closed two of my open merge requests, one added tests to the update proposal endpoint, and another is the slow conversion of hive to the dao.
@blocktrades' team did some reviews on it, we had a few iterations of them pointing out issues and me fixing them. But now they are both merged, one issue that I overlooked caused a one day delay in the release of the finished hard fork code because a complete replay is necessary to make sure everything works. Sorry about that.
You can see both commits here :

So I am done on the work for hard fork 24, @blocktrades' team is working on the final touches, so unless they need me for something, I am turning my focus towards hard fork 25. One of the first changes I did a while ago was the rc delegation feature, which now needs to be updated since the base code changed a lot since I did that feature, so I will update it in the future.
To give you an idea, one of the changes that was done is the complete rebranding so we don't have any mentions of steem in the code and I did the feature before those, so my code still has a lot of steem mentions.
Anyways that's all.
See you guys at hard fork 24, is anyone doing a remote fork zoom party ?
